Refund policy

Maverni is a French company offering products to customers in Canada and internationally.
We are committed to providing a transparent, fair, and reliable return and refund process in accordance with Google Merchant Center policies and applicable consumer protection regulations.


1. Return Eligibility (14 Days)

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns are accepted in the following cases:

Defective or damaged products
If the item arrives damaged, malfunctioning, or defective.

Incorrect item received
If the product delivered does not match your order or its description.

Change of mind
You may return the product even if it is not defective, provided that it is:

  • new or lightly used,

  • clean and in good condition,

  • returned with all original accessories and packaging when applicable.


2. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted for both defective and non-defective products, subject to availability.
If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued instead.


3. Return Method & Costs

Returns must be sent by postal mail.

Return label
A free prepaid return label will be provided by email upon request.

Restocking fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.

Before returning any item, please contact us at contact@maverni.com so we can provide the correct return instructions.

4. Non-Eligible Situations

A return or refund may not be accepted in the following situations, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer, resulting in non-delivery

  • Package refused or not collected by the customer after delivery attempt

  • Order cancellation requested more than 24 hours after order confirmation, if the order has already been processed or shipped


5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirming approval or refusal

  • Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method

  • Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time
