This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, delivered, and tracked.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are handled on the next business day.
2. Shipping Fees

Free standard shipping for all orders of 50 CAD or more.

A flat fee of 3.90 CAD applies to orders below 50 CAD.
No additional handling fees are applied.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times (business days):

Canada: 10 to 15 business days
Delivery estimates do not include the processing time mentioned above.
During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, holidays), delivery may take an additional 5 to 7 business days.
4. Tracking Information
When your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 2 to 5 business days to appear in the carrier’s system.

5. Multiple Shipments
To ensure faster delivery, items in your order may occasionally be shipped separately.
You will receive tracking details for each shipment.
6. Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Maverni cannot be held responsible for delays or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.
If an error is made on our part, we will resend your order at no extra cost.
7. Customs, Duties & Import Fees
Orders delivered to Canada may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on local regulations.
These fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

If your package appears lost or has not been delivered within the maximum delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can assist you.
